Born in Ghana, Manny's family eventually moved to the US for a better opportunity.  Manny currently attends Belmont Abbey College where he was named Athlete of the Year in 2011.  Other honors that Manny has received include:  Gatorade Rookie of the Year Award in Maryland public secondary schools athletics association (MPSSAA) 2004-2005, MVP Soccer Tournament Award, MPSSAA Regional and State Championship 2004-2005, Soccer Sportsmanship Award, Capitol Soccer Cup Champion (Chesapeake Division), NJCAA Regional and District Champions 2006, Three Time Semi-Finalist in Maryland State Cup 2004-2006, First team all-conference, First team all-tourney, 2nd team all-region and Copa Taka winner with Inter Milan of Virginia in 2011.
