Tough Night on the Road for the Jesters

PANAMA CITY, Florida – MAY 31 2025; First away game for the Jesters against PSC FC Florida Result : New Orleans 2-5

The New Orleans Jesters played their third game of the season on Saturday night, traveling to Panama City to face PSC FC. It was a rematch of the season opener, where the Jesters won 3–0 at home. But this time, the result was different, and the Jesters were handed a tough 5–2 loss.

PSC FC started the game strong and scored three goals in the first half. The Jesters controlled the game and created good chances, but couldn’t find the net before halftime.

In the second half, PSC had to make an unusual change. Their starting goalkeeper was subbed at halftime, and then their second keeper got injured. With no other goalkeepers left, a field player had to go in goal.

The Jesters saw this as a chance to come back. Erick Gunera scored and made it 3–1. The team pushed hard to close the gap, but after a mistake, PSC scored again from a free kick, making it 4–1.

Ryan Jeanfreau came in and scored with a nice header to give the Jesters hope at 4–2. But late in the game, PSC found the net one more time and ended the match with a 5–2 win.

Even though the result didn’t go our way, the team showed heart and kept fighting until the end.

The Jesters now look to bounce back as they continue this stretch of away games. The next match is on June 12th in Orlando, where the team will face Club de Lyon.
