Jesters Start the Season Strong with 3-0 Win Over PSC FC

The New Orleans Jesters kicked off their 2025 season in dominant fashion with a 3-0 victory over PSC FC from Panama City last Saturday night at Pan American Stadium. With the stands packed—especially by the young players from the Jesters Academy—the home team delivered an exciting performance full of energy, teamwork, and clinical finishing.
The first goal came in the first half after a well-executed corner kick. Winger JP Gonzalez delivered a perfect ball into the box, where Leonardo Menzen jumped up above the defenders to head it into the net and open the scoring.
In the second half, the Jesters doubled their lead. Captain and playmaker Ricardo Gomez split the defense with a brilliant pass that found JP Gonzalez, who calmly placed the ball past the goalkeeper to make it 2-0.
The final goal came later in the second half after intense pressing from midfielder Erick Gunera. He stole the ball from PSC’s center back and quickly set up Jack Greenwood, who finished the play with a simple tap-in, sealing the 3-0 win.
It was a night to remember, not only because of the scoreline but also for the atmosphere. The stadium buzzed with the energy of the Jesters Academy kids, who filled the stands and cheered their team on from start to finish.
