New Orleans, LA. The New Orleans Jesters U-19 defeated AFC Mobile U-19 by a score of seven goals to one Sunday afternoon at Pan-American Stadium. Forward Austyn Millet led the way with two goals and an assist as the Jesters picked up their first win of the season.

After a back and forth opening New Orleans broke the deadlock in the 10th minute after winger Eli Woodward swung in a cross from the right side.  Striker Matthew Vallejo met the cross and flicked a neat finish past the keeper.

Vallejo was involved again five minutes later as the Jesters doubled their lead.  He flicked the ball into the path of forward Mason Morise who rounded the last defender and fired home.

Austyn Millet scored his first of the match just before halftime, latching on to a long ball before slotting home past the goalkeeper.

Mason Morise added a fourth on the stroke of half time and then just before the hour mark Millet earned his assist with substitute midfielder Sammy Nichols applying the finish,

Nicholas Morrow added a sixth goal for New Orleans before Millet rounded out the Jesters scoring with a neat finish in the 67th minute.

AFC Mobile scored a late goal in stoppage time as forward Will O‘Connor fired home a lovely shot from distance that goalkeeper Martin Tabora was just unable to reach.
