New Orleans Jesters NPSL and NPSL U-19 Player Trials

New Orleans, LA.  The New Orleans Jesters will hold player trials for its NPSL team and its NPSL U-19 team from 9 AM – noon on Saturday, February 25 at Pan American Stadium.  REGISTER HERE

New Orleans Head coach Kenny Farrell,

“We always look forward to the player trials for our NPSL and NPSL U-19 teams.  There is a tremendous amount of talent locally and we want to give everyone the opportunity to take their game to the highest level possible.”

The player trials are designed to provide top local players the opportunity to earn a roster spot with the New Orleans Jesters.  The Jesters will compete in the NPSL Gulf Coast Conference starting in May 2022. The NPSL season, which runs from May to July, will culminate in a playoff between the two highest-ranked teams in the conference. The conference champion will progress to a regional playoff, and, if successful, a national championship match. 

The New Orleans Jesters U-19’s are the reserve team for the NPSL squad and also compete in the NPSL U-19 Gulf Coast competition which they won in 2022.

Following last year’s Spring championship several players were promoted to the Jesters senior NPSL squad including, Aiden Kriek, Russell Brown and Jesus Rivera.

The NPSL U-19  program is managed by the National Premier Soccer League, affiliated with the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).  The Jesters NPSL U-19 team is open to all local players regardless of Club born in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007

There is no cost to attend the trial but all players must register in advance.
