Rainy Night Ends in a Tie for the Jesters in Jacksonville

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana – JUN 14 2025; Third away game for the Jesters against Jacksonville Armada Result : New Orleans 0-0
The New Orleans Jesters played their fifth game of the 2025 NPSL regular season on Saturday, June 14th, against Jacksonville Armada. The game took place in Jacksonville, Florida.
The match was supposed to start at 6:00 PM CT, but because of lightning and heavy rain, it was delayed and only started at 7:30 PM CT.
In the first half, Jacksonville had two good chances to score, but the Jesters’ defense stayed strong. In the second half, the Jesters controlled more of the game and had more of the ball. With only two minutes left in the game, Cole Spady had the best chance. He jumped for a header that hit the crossbar and bounced right on the goal line, but an Armada defender quickly cleared it before it could go in.
It was a close game on a wet field, but neither team could score. The final score was 0-0.
Now, the Jesters have played 5 games: 3 wins, 1 tie, and 1 loss. The last game of the NPSL regular season will be in two weeks, again against Jacksonville Armada — but this time, in New Orleans.
