Jesters held to draw versus Columbus United

Columbus, GA.  The New Orleans Jesters tied Columbus United 1-1 tonight in Columbus GA. The Jesters led 1-0 going into the second half but Columbus fought back to earn a share of the points.

The road draw leaves New Orleans in sixth place in the Gulf Coast Sunshine League standings, a point behind Columbus and Tallahassee.

Juan Pablo Gonzalez scored the lone Jesters goal, heading home just before half time from a Ricardo Gomez corner-kick.

New Orleans are back home Wednesday night to take on Tallahassee SC at Pan American Stadium.
