Jesters home versus Tallahassee this Saturday
New Orleans, LA. The New Orleans Jesters are back home Saturday night to take on Tallahassee SC at Pan American Stadium. Gates open at 6 PM with kick off set for 7 PM. It’s a third consecutive home game for the Jesters who earned a 3-3 draw versus Columbus United on May 18 before falling 1-0 to Pensacola FC last weekend.
Head coach Kenny Farrell is looking for the players to respond to the teams first loss of the season,
“We have had a very positive week of practice and the players have shown a willingness to increase the intensity this week ahead of what’s going to be an important game. We know the quality that Tallahassee has and this will be a tough test. I’m looking for a big performance from the boys and hopefully our home fans can help lift us.”
The game versus Pensacola featured just one goal that game from an early defensive miscue. The Jesters created several chances after conceding but could not find a breakthrough.
Tallahassee has played two games so far this season earning a 2-0 win versus the Miami Dutch Lions and playing to a 1-1 tie versus Columbus United.
