Jesters U-19 falls to AFC Mobile U-19

New Orleans, LA. The New Orleans Jesters U-19 lost to AFC Mobile U-19 by a score of three goals to two Saturday afternoon at Cottage Hill Park in Mobile, AL.

The result snaps the Jesters three game unbeaten streak with two matches remaining in the season.

AFC Mobile opened the scoring in the 8th minute with a goal from Eric Aispuro.

New Orleans fought back and pulled level within five minutes. Striker Nnamdi Aluge saw his shot saved but Matthew Vallejo was first to the loose ball and fired home.

Mobile retook the lead ten minutes from the break with a well struck goal from midfielder Tyler Long.

After conceding an own-goal late in the second half the Jesters pushed everything forward and were rewarded for their efforts earning a stoppage time penalty decision.

Midfielder Adam Toras drilled home the spot-kick to make it 3-2 but soon afterward the referee blew for full time.
