Morise and Rushing back with Jesters for 2022 season

New Orleans, LA. Chase Rushing and Mason Morise will return to the Jesters in 2022 for the upcoming NPSL season.  Both were key members of the squad that advanced to the Gulf Coast Championship game in 2021.

“I’ve known Chase and Mason for many years and they are the consummate Jesters players.  They give everything for the cause and set an example with the rest of the squad that is hard not to follow.  I’m excited to work with them again this coming season.”

 

A native of Madisonville, LA, Mason Morise, 27 years old, represented the Jesters in the 2015 – 2018 seasons and the 2021 season.  Prior to joining New Orleans Morise played his college soccer at the University of Memphis where he was twice named to the American Athletic Conference All Academic team.  

 

Before joining the University of Memphis Morise attended Northlake Christian School.

 

Chase Rushing played four years at University of Alabama Birmingham and was named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll three of the years he played.  

 

A native of New Orleans, Rushing attended Jesuit High School and was a member of the LHSAA Division 1 State Championship-winning team in 2013.

 

In addition to their playing duties Morise and Rushing also coach for the New Orleans Jesters Youth Academy.
