New Orleans Jesters to host U-19 open training

New Orleans, LA. The New Orleans Jesters will host U-19 open training in advance of the upcoming U-19 NPSL Spring season.  The open training will be held at Larry Gilbert Stadium on Tuesday March 2, Wednesday March 3 and Thursday March 4 starting at 7:30 PM each evening.

The New Orleans Jesters will play in the 2021 NPSL U-19 Spring season following a successful inaugural season played in the Fall of 2020.  The Spring schedule and conference alignment will be announced in the coming weeks.

Under the direction of New Orleans Jesters Director of Soccer Kenny Farrell the U-19 technical staff will be led by head coach Igor Siscov, assistant coach Adam Toras and goalkeeper / assistant coach Jose Santos.

The U-19 pilot features a competitive game schedule with participating teams including New Orleans Jesters, Southern States Soccer, Florida Roots and Port City FC . Top performing players from the U-19 side will be invited to train with the Jesters NPSL team starting in May.

Players interested in joining the squad are invited to attend player trials. To be eligible players must be born in 2002 or later.
